The Historic Wendover Airfield will be hosting a Warbird Fly-In Open House, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII.  Please join us on September 26, 2015 in Wendover, Utah for an enjoyable day of aviation and military history.  On display will be vintage aircraft, military displays, Utah Military Vehicle Club and the Arizona Ground Crew WWII Re-enactors.  Don't miss the fly-over of a B-2 Bomber.  There will also be a classic car show.  The event will be centered around the 'Enola Gay' Hanger on the east end of the tarmac.Come explore this unique historic structure.

Come prepared with a great pair of walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and your cameras. There will be a number of aircraft that will take to the air for demonstration flights and photo passes. Food and drink vendors will be on the tarmac

Hours:  Gates open at 9:00am and will close at 5:00pm

Prices: Age 13 and older $10; ages 12 and under are free.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE AIRFIELD AS IT IS AN ACTIVE AIRPORT! THIS INCLUDES SERVICE ANIMALS.

WWII Commemoration

Historic Wendover Airfield is hosting the 2015 Warbirds & Wheels WWII Commemoration celebrating the 70th years since the end of WWII.  Please join us on Sept. 26, 2015.

Hours of Operation: The operations center, fueling service and museum are all open from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm - 7 days a week, but to visit the museum, arrive at least 1 hour before closing.
